Rezopole consolidates the inter-IXP infrastructure by upgrading its Lyon-Paris link up to 10 Gbps.

 

A new access point in TH2-Paris allows the opening to more traffic, in particular to the key cloud actors. You can identify the routes by using this connection: there are tagged with the 43100:9120 BGP community; the Rezopole/LyonIX community dictionary is available to the members in the Quality Plan Service.

SFR optimise son réseau en 10Gb/s  sur l'infrastructure LyonIX

SFR a upgradé ses équipements en 10Gb/s sur l'infrastructure Internet LyonIX, afin de gérer le trafic en forte croissance qui passe par Lyon.
SFR, connecté depuis 2006 sur l'infrastructure de Rezopole en 1Gb/s, est passé à l'étape suivante, et a configuré son réseau en 10Gb/s. Cela lui permettra de bénéficier d'un débit 10 fois plus important, ce qui aura un impact positif sur la connexion Internet des utilisateurs et clients.

« Pour SFR, il est important d'être proche de ses clients et de leur délivrer le meilleur service en proximité afin qu'ils puissent développer leur business en toute sérénité. Il était important pour nous d'upgrader par avance vers 10 Gbs car nous constatons depuis quelques mois une forte croissance du trafic local. » affirme Gilles-François Notari, Responsable Peering chez SFR.

Le Syndicat Mixte ADN publie son Schéma Directeur Territorial d'Aménagment Numérique

The Ardèche and Drôme digital territory plan was unanimously voted by both departmental assemblies on june 24th for Ardèche and July 1st for Drôme.

The digital territory plan (SDTAN) is composed of two parts: an infrastructure part in which Rezopole is mentioned (p70) and a "use and services" part. And, they reflect concretly the departments political vision as regards upcoming actions to achieve for our digital territory plan.

SPIE Communications s'est interconnecté sur le noeud d'échange Internet de Lyon

In the framework of its regional activities development « Operated Services & Cloud », SPIE Communication recently connected its MPLS network to LyonIX 2B.

The Operated services manager for SPIE Communication on the Grand Est region, Romain Barrallon, commented that connection: "The acquisition, in July 2010, of the operator Veepee services has enabled us to complete our range of services on access voice / data and cloud operators bricks. Rhône-Alpes Several customers have already trusted us on the perimeter ..."

Rezopole association and the Rhône-Alpes region inaugurate Grenoble Internet infrastructure: GrenoblIX, on January 21, 2013.

Jean-Jack QUEYRANNE, Rhône-Alpes President,and  Philippe DUBY, Rezopole President will proceed to that inauguration. Michel DESTOT, Grenoble Mayor, Isère representative, and Marc BAIETTO, Grenoble-Alpes Métropole President will take part in that event.
